Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions ("Terms") before utilizing the our premium chauffeured based car rental services ("Services") provided by Deluxeera, hereafter referred to as "Company," "we," or "us." By booking our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our designated reservation channels.
  • Reservations are subject to availability, and we recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be provided according to our cancellation policy, which may vary based on the type of reservation and notice given.

Pricing and Payment

  • Our prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of booking will be honored.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Vehicle Selection

  • We will make every effort to provide the requested vehicle, but we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar or upgraded vehicle if necessary.

Chauffeurs

  • Our professional chauffeurs are well-trained, licensed, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience.
  • They have the right to refuse service if they feel the passengers are behaving inappropriately or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Use of Vehicle

  • Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their rental period.

Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our vehicles and passengers.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

Delays and Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, or accidents, we may cancel or reschedule bookings without liability.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and use passenger information solely for the purpose of providing our Services and will not share personal data with third parties without consent.

Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints or disputes should be reported to us promptly to allow for resolution.
  • We will make every effort to address and resolve any issues amicably.

Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate any Service at any time if the passenger or their party fails to comply with these Terms or behaves in a manner that jeopardizes the safety of the chauffeur or the vehicle.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.

Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pick-up and drop-off details.
  • Clients are expected to treat our chauffeurs, vehicles, and property with respect and follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

  • Clients/Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website, including images, without prior written consent from the Company.

Termination of Services

  • Grounds for terminating services may include but are not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, unruly or unsafe behavior, or fraudulent activity.
  • The termination process involves notifying the client of the termination and any associated charges or penalties.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit may be required before the commencement of the rental period.
  • The deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable charges, within selective number of days after the rental period ends.

Late Payment and Penalties

  • Late payment penalties will be applied to outstanding balances after a grace period from the due date.
  • Penalties may include interest charges, late fees, and suspension of services.

Client Information Accuracy

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information.
  • The Company is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Code of Conduct

  • Clients and passengers are expected to conduct themselves with decorum, respect for others, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Property Damage and Loss

  • Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle or its contents caused during their rental period.
  • Reporting any damage or loss promptly is essential for timely resolution.

Liability Waiver

  • Clients acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events during the rental period.

Insurance and Coverage

  • The Company maintains insurance coverage on its vehicles and passengers.
  • Clients are encouraged to inquire about coverage limits and claims procedures if necessary.

Safety Standards and Regulations

  • Clients are expected to adhere to all safety standards, regulations, and laws, including seatbelt usage and child seat requirements.
  • The Company complies with all relevant safety standards and regulations at local, national, and international levels.
